We do offer
Technical Support Assistance as well - both software and
hardware. The rates can be viewed from the Services
& Rates page.
Minor
software/windows issues
can be fixed via the phone rather easily most of the time. If
windows needs reloaded or any major errors/viruses, it is best to
either choose a service call or bring the computer here. It
isn't
necessary to bring anything other than the main cpu, as we have
monitors, mice, and keyboards to use.
If you
choose to use our phone
support, there are charges involved if the issue takes more than 15
minutes to fix. At that point, we will your need to obtain
billing information and a method of payment. It really isn't
advisable to work over the phone longer than an hour, as our rates
show. If you think it will take less than an hour, we'll go
for
it, but billing will be done. We do have the option for those
who
have internet access, you can use our website and pay via PayPal in the
categories area.
If upon
checkout it shows a
shipping charge, there should be an option or a way when logged into
PayPal to delete it. Sales Tax still applies, as it is a
service. This is just a new service, and I can't log into
PayPal
to check out the shipping charge to make sure it is
removable.
Once we have someone verify it, if it can't be removed, we will adjust
it so it either doesn't have that charge or it can be removed by you,
the customer.
